Weighted for recall
A typed category carries its own retrieval weight, so a standing instruction outranks a passing remark instead of competing with it as equal text.
Contradictions stay explicit
Uncertainty is a category of its own - conflicting facts are kept side by side, not blurred into a single averaged value.
