Plans, payment methods, invoices, and how to get help with SurrealDB Cloud.

Billing in SurrealDB Cloud is tied to your organisation: usage (compute, storage, and network) rolls up for invoicing, and historical records remain even if you delete individual instances.

Plans differ by included capacity, feature gates (such as high availability or enterprise networking), and support entitlements. Pick a tier that matches production needs and expected growth; you can usually move between tiers as requirements change.

Add or update payment methods in the organisation Billing area. Invoices list charges by period and line item; download or forward them for finance workflows. Discount or credit codes, where applicable, are applied at organisation level.

For product issues, billing queries, or onboarding help, use the support channels listed in the Cloud console and on the main site (for example, contact forms or email). Enterprise or priority support may depend on your subscription tier.
