Morning Jordan. I'm putting up my screen now with our vendor list so we can run through year-end accruals together.

Starting with Muskeg, has their progress invoice for December come through yet?

Jordan Kowalczyk to Priya Raman · 10:04
No, nothing yet for December. Muskeg usually doesn't submit their progress billing until early January.

All right, I will accrue December progress using the field estimate for now. Next on the list is Prairie Mat Rentals - have we received the invoice for the mats under CO-02 yet?

Jordan Kowalczyk to Priya Raman · 10:08
It's only partly invoiced so far. The remainder covers the deliveries that came in during December, so we'll need to accrue for that balance.

Understood, I will set up an accrual for the remaining balance on those December mat deliveries. Moving on to Keystone Hydrotest, do we have an invoice from them yet?

Jordan Kowalczyk to Priya Raman · 10:12
No invoice from Keystone yet. But they did mobilise equipment out to site in December, so we definitely need to accrue for that.

I'll accrue for Keystone's December equipment mobilization. Next up is Northern Aquatics - where do we stand with their billing?

Jordan Kowalczyk to Priya Raman · 10:16
Northern Aquatics was fully invoiced back in October for their survey report. We're all clear there - nothing to accrue.

Good, I'll take Northern Aquatics off the list. Are there any other invoices or charges sitting in the queue on hold that I don't know about?
Assistant's note: Ernie Bouchard's $1,800 handwritten invoice for the September boat guiding work has been sitting in AP on hold since October, awaiting vendor setup and an after-the-fact PO.

Jordan Kowalczyk to Priya Raman · 10:20
No, the queue is completely clean right now. There aren't any invoices or charges parked on hold.

Thanks for running through this with me, Jordan. Year-end accruals really are my least favourite part of the year, but at least we're squared away.
