SurrealDB Cloud offers a range of support options to help you get started, enhance your skills, and resolve any issues you may encounter. You can use the free community support via our Discord server or signup for a paid support plan.

In order to be able to create a support ticket, you need to add a support plan to your organisation. You can add a support plan by clicking the Support tab in the Surrealist sidebar. If you do not have a support plan, you will see the View plans option.
This will take you to the pricing page where you can choose the plan you want to use for your organisation. You’ll need to contact the support team to add a support plan to your organisation. Once you have added a support plan, you will be able to create a support ticket.
NoteIf you already have a support plan this tab will display your support plan and any open tickets you have.

After you have added a support plan to your organisation, you can create a support ticket by clicking on the New Ticket button in the Surrealist sidebar. This will take you to the support page where you can create a new ticket.

You will see a form to enter the details of your support ticket. You can enter the title of the ticket and the description of the issue you are experiencing. You can also attach any files to the ticket.

After you have entered the details of your ticket, you will be redirected to the support ticket page where you can view the details of your ticket.

You can also view all your open tickets by clicking on the All Tickets option in the top right corner of the support page. Depending on the plan you have, response times may vary.
Surreal Sidekick is an AI copilot that can help you get started with SurrealDB, convert queries to SurrealQL, and answer general questions. Surreal Sidekick is only trained with public facing resources, such as our SurrealDB documentation, SurrealDB University, and the SurrealDB Book.

To start using Surreal Sidekick, you’ll need a SurrealDB Cloud account. Once logged in, navigate to Surreal Sidekick in the sidebar and start asking questions.
